When I say “Central Ballard” most people immediately think of the core of Ballard — Old Ballard — but did you know that Downtown Ballard is part of a neighborhood called Adams? It’s true! The Ballard District is comprised of five individual neighborhoods:

West Ballard: Sunset Hills
North Ballard: Loyal Heights & Whittier Heights
East Ballard: West Woodland
Central Ballard: Adams
