Message received today regarding Neighborhood Conservation Districts.

Seattle City Councilmember Tom Rasmussen is preparing to pitch legislation to create Neighborhood Conservation Districts, which would allow neighbors to agree to preserve the character of their communities. He is hosting a meeting at the Phinney Neighborhood Center tonight (April 8th) at 6:00 PM to explain what it would mean and to listen to feedback.
