West Woodland‘s newest restaurant Stock, 500 NW 65th Street, is set to open Friday, January 29, 2016. Stock will be serving breakfast, lunch and early dinner, as well as weekend brunch, and Happy Hour on Friday and Saturday.
About Stock: “At Stock, we embrace local, organic, and humanely-raised ingredients. As our name suggests, many of our dishes and soups will utilize our house-made stocks: rich in flavor, body, nutrients, and general goodness.”
Expect Stock to become a regular on your neighborhood restaurant rotation. With a seasonal selection of soups, salads, and sandwiches, using bread from Tall Grass Bakery, Stock is bringing the best of Seattle to NW 65th Street. For those who have missed having Tony’s Coffee in the neighborhood, you’ll be able to get your fix at Stock. They will also serve a selection of Ballard beers and NW wines.
Chris Blanco, Stock’s owner and chef, is the former chef at TUNE, a downtown Seattle startup. You can follow Chris on Twitter at: @amazing dishes he served the employees at TUNE.
