West Woodland, Ballard musician Lori Goldston is included in the debut of PlayBack, a free downloadable music service provided by The Seattle Public Library. A total of 50 current Seattle bands and musicians were selected by a jury of local music experts for this inaugural release.
Lori Goldston is a renowned cellist who has performed world-wide, including a tour with Nirvana from 1993–1994 in which she performed on-stage with them during their MTV Unplugged in New York performance. Her work has been commissioned by and/or performed at the Kennedy Center, Frye Art Museum, WYNC, and many more. Additional information about the artist is available here.
