Good News Neighbors! The following update was received from Seattle Parks and Recreation regarding the development of Gemenskap Park on 14th Ave NW:

“We have completed the SDOT Street Improvement Plan (SIP) process. We are now working on getting the documents ready for public works bidding to occur this Winter. We are planning to begin work in the Spring of 2017 after a successful advertising and bid process.”
