Heavy equipment reduced the derelict buildings to dust at 15th Ave NW and NW Market Street today, in preparation for the construction of the new Martin Selig development. The office building, located at 1448 NW Market Street, will provide 240,000 square feet over five floors and include two levels of underground parking. The project is scheduled to open in Fall 2017.
Selig Real Estate is also working on a second project in Ballard’s West Woodland neighborhood. The development is a two-building complex at 907 NW Ballard Way, future home of New Seasons Market. Click HERE to learn more about the project.
