Bring your gardening gloves! Volunteers will help install remaining rain garden plants, clean and prepared planting boxes and beds, and continued ongoing weeding and invasive plant removal.
About the Food Garden:
The school’s food garden is a learning space for students, where volunteers teach kids not only about how to grow food, but why it’s important (nutritionally, financially, culturally & politically). The garden is a space where leadership, community, and hands-on skills are cultivated. This project is powered by volunteers and community support is welcome.
