Business Center Planned For 1128 NW 52nd Street

A land use notice for 1128 NW 52ND ST was posted today on the Seattle Department of Construction and Inspections website (see: land-use-information-bulletin-1128-nw-52nd-st)

This property, which includes Stoup Brewing, is sandwiched between Soulumination and Obec Brewing. Stoup is said to be unaffected by development.
