A bit of history:

Lincoln High School opened in 1907 and closed in 1981, and since then has served as a temporary facility for various Seattle schools as they are renovated or when new facilities are being built. The school was prominently featured in the 1989 movie Class of 1999.

Seattle Public Schools project page details the renovation of the school:  http://bex.seattleschools.org/bex-iv/lincoln-building/
