About Norse Home:
Norse Home is a non-profit, heritage retirement and assisted living community, located in Seattle’s historic Phinney Ridge. The facility opened May 26, 1957 and was created as a safe-haven for the many Scandinavian elders living in Ballard. Since the opening, many descendants of these first immigrants have moved to Norse Home where the Scandinavian tradition of hospitality and care continues to this day.
