Universal Paper Box Co. (UPB) has been purchased by Portland, Oregon based Northwest Paper Box. The UPB headquarters, located at 644 NW 44th street in Ballard’s West Woodland neighborhood, is in the process of closing and some employees will transfer to a Kent, WA location.

Universal Paper Box Co. started business in 1907, and moved to the current location in 1970.  Office will close at the end of March 2017.
