By now you’ve heard the story of Kelly Herron, the West Woodland neighbor who fought off an attacker at Golden Gardens Park, see: https://goo.gl/Q2q834. Kelly credits her survival to a self defense course she recently completed at Fighting Chance Seattle, located at 1446 NW 53rd Street in Ballard‘s West Woodland neighborhood.
