Free Theater For Children Happening in Ballard This Fall

Theater For Young Children Ballard West WoodlandTheater for Young Children, a theater group that recently toured North Seattle Parks as part of the Seattle Office of Arts and Culture’s Arts in the Parks program, is coming to Ballard Community Center and Loyal Heights Community Centers this fall!

The group will be performing two charming stories that take us out into the woods and into the fall weather.  Juan and Maria (based on a Filipino folk tale similar to Hanzel and Gretel) and Scaredy Squirrel, that lovable rascal created by author Melanie Watt.

Like all Theater For Young Children performances, this one is:

*Filled with live acting and music by professional artists
*Geared toward children ages 2-10
*Free to the public (we gladly accept a donation of $10/family)
*Approx. 50 min. in length
