Dear Neighbor,
In August, SDOT crews completed construction of pedestrian safety improvements at the intersection of 3rd Ave NW and NW 56th St. Crews will be returning to the intersection on Monday, September 28, to complete drainage improvements on the east side of NW 56th St at 3rd Ave NW. Crews will work from 7 AM – 5 PM on weekdays and will be in the area for approximately one week.
Starting on Monday, September 28, crews will fully close the east side of the intersection of NW 56th St at 3rd Ave NW. Local access will be maintained at all times. This closure will be in place during work hours, weekdays only, and will last approximately one week. Please follow detour signage.
