Vision Zero, announced on Thursday by Mayor Ed Murray, is Seattle’s plan to end traffic deaths and serious injuries by 2030.

Specific actions include:
~ Lower speed limit to 20 MPH on neighborhood streets
~ Expanded photo enforcement program
~ Community partnerships for education and enforcement efforts
